Late Policy

If you are 20 or more minutes late and have not notified us, your appointment will be canceled as a "no call, no show" and consultation fee will be forfeited.

Refund/Return Policy

NO REFUNDS!

All custom made garments are made per your request and is custom to your liking, therefore, we can not accept returns but we will gladly make agreed upon changes for your desired look or make alterations needed to any garments to ensure proper fit.

Shipping Policy

Sew Unique is committed to providing great customer services. Due to our garments being custom made, shipping may vary on your specific order. Our shipping party is Fedex or UPS, and they offer standard, express, 2-Day, and overnight shipping.

Once the package has been handed over to our shipping party, Sew Unique no longer has control of the order. We provide tracking numbers and order receipts. You will need to contact the selected shipping party regarding any issues or concerns after we have shipped your order.

A signature is required for all package deliveries unless the consumer signs a waiver and assumes full responsibility!

Charge Back Policy

Once we ship your package and a charge back is filed against the company, we will report you to the FBI for internet credit card fraud which is a serious crime. Please note that your IP address is captured amongst other things, and will be traced back to you.

The shipping carriers provide very accurate information as well, so please understand that this is a NO FRAUD TOLERANCE online store. You may be sent to collections, as it is our right to retrieve funds from fraudulent orders.
